Our commitments, in plain terms.

Confidentiality
Applies to Northern Page and every client we work with.
Northern Page and the Client each agree to treat the other's Proprietary or Confidential Information in strict confidence. For the purposes of this policy, "Proprietary or Confidential Information" includes, without limitation, written or verbal agreements, trade secrets, know-how, business methods and policies, memoranda, reports, records, notes, electronically stored information, and financial information disclosed by one party to the other.
Confidential Information does not include information that:
- is or becomes publicly available through no fault or breach by the receiving party;
- was already lawfully known to the receiving party, or was lawfully received from a third party without a duty of confidentiality;
- is independently developed by the receiving party without reference to the disclosing party's information; or
- is required to be disclosed by court order, subpoena, or other lawful legal process.
Neither party will disclose the other's Confidential Information in any form to a third party, or use it for any purpose other than performing the services agreed between us. Each party's Confidential Information remains the sole and exclusive property of that party.
If either party uses or discloses the other's Confidential Information in a way not permitted here, the affected party may seek equitable relief in addition to any other remedies available at law. These confidentiality obligations survive the completion, termination, or expiration of our working relationship and continue indefinitely.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not sell, rent, or transfer your SMS consent or phone number to any third party for their marketing purposes. We may share information only in these limited circumstances:
- Service providers who perform work on our behalf (for example, marketing, customer support, or technical services) and are contractually required to protect your information and use it only for the services they provide to us.
- Legal requirements — where disclosure is required by law or legal process, or where we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect our rights, property, or the safety of others.
Data Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Refunds & Chargebacks
How we handle delivered work, undelivered work, and disputes.
For services that Northern Page has already delivered, the Client agrees not to initiate a chargeback. Where a specific service is not delivered, the Client is entitled to a full refund of the amount corresponding to that undelivered service.
On completing a service, Northern Page will confirm delivery to the Client by email in a brief post-fulfillment report indicating that the specific service has been fully delivered.
If Northern Page fails to fulfill a service, or provides no update on a project's progress after the agreed timeline, the Client may request a refund for the affected service. If Northern Page cannot be reached regarding the matter, the Client may be eligible to pursue a chargeback. The Client is not eligible for a refund while a project is actively in progress.
